It is havier as compared to other foods because it is deep fried. However, many people likes it most because of its delicious taste and its unique look. 

It is golden brown in colour and is crispy which makes it more attractive and delicious. 

It is a street food which you will find in every corner of India. However, it is not considered as healthy to eat on street but the enjoyment and fun you will get while eating on street will be priceless.

So now lets learn how to make aloo pakora

Requirements to make Aloo pakora

 Requirements  Quantity 
 Gram Flour 100g
 Rava 50
 Onion 2
 Chilli 4
 SaltAs per your taste 
 Water As per requirement 
 Chat Masala 1/2 tb spoon
 Coriander Powder 1/2 tb spoon
 Boiled Potato  1
 Turmeric  1/2 tb spoon 
Cumin  1 tb spoon

Method to make Aloo pakora

Take a bowl and pour gram flour into it. Add rava, cumin, salt(as per your taste), turmeric, chat masala, coriander powder and mix it well. 

After mixing it add onion and chilli to it and mix it againg. 

Now smash the boiled potato and add it too. 

After adding all these ingredients, make a perfect thick dough of it so that you can give sape to it while frying. You can use water to make it perfectly thick but remember to use it only when needed. 

After completing all the mentioned steps now the time comes to give it a shape. So give it a shape as per your desire with your desired size. 

Now let the shaped dough set for 30 mins in your refrigerator. However, it is optional. This process is done to let the dough gets set and to make it more crispier.

Take a cooking pot, pour refine oil into it and heat it. Deep fry your shaped dough and cook it until it gets golden brown in colour.

Take it out on tissue paper.

It is ready to serve.

You can serve it with ketchup, pickles, chatni along with tea or coffee.
